# Hobbieness Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Hobbieness, a platform for showcasing creative work and arranging commissions.

## Accounts

Users are responsible for account security and the accuracy of profile, portfolio, and commission information. Hobbieness may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies.

## User Content

Users keep ownership of their artwork and content. By posting, users grant Hobbieness a license to host, display, distribute, promote, and format the content inside the app and related services.

Users must only upload content they own or have permission to use. Users may not upload illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content.

## Commissions

Commission requests should include scope, budget, timeline, references, usage rights, revision limits, and delivery expectations. Creators and clients are responsible for confirming the final agreement before payment.

## Payments

Payments should be processed by an approved payment provider. Hobbieness should not store raw payment card data. Escrow release, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled under the commission policy and payment provider rules.

## Safety

Users can report content, report messages, block users, and contact support. Hobbieness may review content, messages, and commission details when needed for safety, moderation, support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

## Termination

Hobbieness may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or harm the community.
